For Version Fest in 2009, I partnered with a neighborhood liquor store, Maria's, to distribute my Fourth Amendment Bags instead of their usual plain brown paper bags. One side has the Fourth Amendment and the other side instructions for use. These instructions go over the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures granted by the Fourth Amendment, as well as some of the exceptions: the reasonable expectation of privacy standard, the Terry stop ruling, and the vastly expanded power of the government to eavesdrop on international communications by means of the FISA Amendment Act. The bag also stresses that the Fourth Amendment does not give the right to drink alcohol in public.
