I needed a new leading cabinet that could accommodate all four thicknesses of leading we have in the shop, so I made one out of laser cut plywood. I designed it parametrically in OpenSCAD, so almost any variable can be changed independently of any other: plywood thickness, number of slots, width and height of each of the slots, etc. I modeled each part and then used the cross-section tool to split it up into the individual plywood layers. Assembly was straightforward; although it proved what every woodworker knows: you can never have too many clamps.
